Furnell kits out local boy's football team

A local boy’s football team is turning on the style thanks to Furnell Residential.

The Bardsey based independent estate agent has kindly sponsored a brand new kit for Kirk Deighton Juniors Boys under 11’s which they are wearing for matches in the Harrogate and District Junior League.

Ben Furnell, Managing Director of Furnell Residential, said: “When we were approached by the club we had no hesitation in offering our support.

“Sports clubs like Kirk Deighton are an essential part of the local communities in which we are proud to operate and are run entirely by volunteers.  It is important they receive as much help as possible in order to continue their fantastic work.”

In addition to supporting Kirk Deighton Rangers, Furnell Residential sponsors Clifford Junior Girls Under 14’s as part of its community support programme.

Meanwhile the firm is headline sponsor of the Clifford Champion Beer Festival which this year takes place on Saturday, 29^th June at Clifford Village Hall and a barrel sponsor at the Bardsey Beer Festival being held on 23^rd March.

Furnell is also an established corporate partner of St Gemma’s Hospice, a local, independent charity which has been providing expert care to the people of Leeds for 45 years.

“St Gemma’s is a charity very close to our hearts and being able to support the exceptional work they do is a real privilege,” said Ben.
