I first met Ben three years ago when, after reviewing local estate agents and careful consideration, I selected him to sell the four bedroom detached house, I was half way through building, in Bardsey. Ben was extremely professional while friendly and maintained an interest in my project though out, he made many helpful suggestions and valuable contributions which had an impact on the style and finishes of the build. When the time came to market the house, every detail was maximised and Ben had a prepared a list of potential buyers which he personally handled. He achieved my target figure, his estimated sale price, and completion within a very respectable period – a very important consideration for a developer. If I were to build in the Wetherby area again, I would not hesitate in commissioning Ben from the outset.
Ben managed the appraisal, marketing and sale of the house. During the sale, he recommended subtle cosmetic changes to the house, which sold for more than the asking price.
