Furnell Residential has strengthened its team with the appointment of Lauren Furnell as Sales Coordinator.

Customer service specialist Lauren joins the company at an extremely busy time, with viewings and sales continuing to set records.

Ben Furnell, Managing Director of Furnell Residential, said: “It is great to welcome Lauren on board and her expertise will be of real benefit to our customers during the sales and buying process.

“September was another bumper month in which we carried out over 400 viewings for the second month in a row and sales out performed new instructions. We are desperate for new stock to satisfy the demand across all property types and price points.

“However, there is bound to be some cooling off within the market as the effects of the pandemic deepen and while the change to stamp duty has provided a real stimulus this is scheduled to finish at the end of March.”
