the signs look good for Furnell

News at Furnell Residential | 06/09/2023

Newly designed For Sale and Sold signs will be appearing on a road near you over the next few weeks.

The striking new boards are part of a subtle refresh of the Furnell Residential brand identity which has become an established part of the landscape in North Leeds, Wetherby, York, Harrogate and surrounding areas.

Ben Furnell, managing director of Furnell Residential, said: “We have made some minor changes to the logo and board design in order to make it more contemporary.

“However it is still instantly recognisable and our core values of integrity, efficiency and a customer focussed approach are still at the heart of everything we do.

“This is why more and more people are instructing us, confident in the knowledge that the sale of their property is in the safest possible hands.”

Meanwhile, Furnell has enjoyed an exceptional end to the traditionally quiet summer period by completing two sales with a combined value of £2,775,000.

Granary Cottage in Linton achieved £1,300,000 and Rooftops on Crabtree Green in Collingham sold for £1,475,000.

Ben said: “These sales prove there are still buyers in the market and good quality stock will always generate interest. However it is important that the valuation is reflective of current market conditions and not overpriced as a vanity exercise.

“At Furnell we use our extensive local knowledge to provide the most accurate and realistic valuation in order to achieve a successful sale.”
