As a community focused company with our roots firmly established in the areas in which we operate we are proud to support a number of charities and worthwhile fund-raising initiatives.
St Gemma’s Hospice
As a corporate partner we have donated approximately £18,000 since the partnership started to support the incredible work they do in providing end of life support and care to patients and their families.
The hospice is close to Ben and Victoria’s hearts having had family and close friends cared for by the exceptional staff which makes the partnership extremely personal and fulfilling.
Clifford Champion Beer Festival
Furnell Residential is delighted to be the headline sponsor of this high profile annual community event.
The festival is always eagerly anticipated and all proceeds are shared between Clifford Village Hall and Clifford Amateur Football Club. We are already looking forward to 2025 Beer Festival which takes place on Saturday 28th June at Clifford Village Hall.
Local Football Teams
Kirk Deighton Rangers under 11 Boys football team and Clifford Juniors under 14 Girls football team.
Sports clubs are an essential part of community life and rely heavily on the support of local businesses to survive and prosper. At Furnell we are keen advocates of junior sport involving both boys and girls and the social and health benefits participation brings, which is why we are very pleased to sponsor some of the local teams in our area.
