Wetherby is an award-winning market town close to the county's border with North Yorkshire

Standing majestically on the River Wharf. It lies approximately 12 miles from Leeds, 12 miles from York and 8 miles from Harrogate, making it ideal for everyday living and commuting.

There are four primary schools in the town including Crossley Street Primary and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary both of which are rated as ‘Outstanding’.  Wetherby High School is the town’s secondary school , while some choose Ashville College in Harrogate and The Grammar School at Leeds (GSAL), both of which are easily accessible and provide an exceptional education.

Transport

Wetherby is well-connected to other towns and villages in the area by public transport, including regular bus services to Leeds and York, as well as services to a number of other destinations such as Harrogate, Wakefield, Knaresborough, Tadcaster and Otley.

Meanwhile the A1(M) skirts the edge of the town making it an ideal location for commuters.
