Furnell Residential is celebrating after securing its 100th property listing.

The Bardsey based agent has reached the key milestone in less than 18 months of trading, achieving a sales to listing ratio of 70 per cent.  .

According to Managing Director Ben Furnell the performance is even more impressive given the tough market conditions it has had to endure.
