Ben's passion for the industry comes from over 20 years' experience working across the Yorkshire property market. He has worked with small, independent estate agencies right through to large regional and national corporations. As a qualified building surveyor, Ben also has experience in building construction, building pathology and property marketing, allowing him to provide a comprehensive service from start to finish. Not only a professional but Ben is a family man himself and has real empathy for those needing to sell their property. He is able to provide a valuable service and approach specifically designed to the needs of his clients. Living in Bardsey with his wife, Victoria, and their 2 boys he has a great enjoyment of the outdoors. He can be regularly seen pounding the pavements of the village with his dog Harvey or relaxing in the local with a pint.
