Maddie is latest addition to Furnell team

Furnell Residential has strengthened its team with thye appointment of Maddie Ball as a trainee Sales Consultant.

This is Maddie’s first full time job since leaving Boston Spa Academy and she says she can’t wait to get stuck into her new role. “I have always had an interest in property and I enjoy meeting people so joining Furnell Residential is a dream come true.

“Having lived in East Keswick all my life I have a detailed knowledge of the local area which I am sure will be of value to our customers.”

As part of her apprenticeship Maddie will also be studying for a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) associated degree at Leeds Beckett University starting in the autumn.

Ben Furnell, Managing Director of Furnell Residential, said: “I am delighted to welcome Maddie to the team. She is bright, extremely keen to learn and has a lovely personality. I know our customers will enjoy dealing with her.

“She joins the company at an exciting time in our growth so there are bags of opportunities for her to really make her mark.”

Furnell Residential has also appointed Gina Crabtree as a part-time sales consultant to assist with market appraisals, property viewings, inbound enquiries and new instructions.

Furnell Residential primarily covers Bardsey, Wetherby, Collingham, Scarcroft, East Keswick, Boston Spa, Harewood and parts of Harrogate.
