Over recent weeks the agent has sold a wide range of houses extremely quickly with many achieving over the asking price.

These include a 5 bed semi-detached on The Avenue in Collingham which sold in just over two weeks to best and final offer, for over the asking price.

Also in Collingham, a 4 bed property boasting an enclosed garden with swimming pool sold in four weeks, once again for over the initial asking price.
