Figures show vendors who struggled to sell through their original agent are achieving success by switching to Furnell Residential.

The analysis of 22 properties featured on Rightmove, previously on the market with other agents for an average of 14.5 months but failed to sell, sold within an average of 15 weeks of switching to Furnell Residential. 

One property in particular that had failed to sell through two seperate agents for 14 months switched to Furnell Residential and sold in 8 days.
